'global Warming' Fight Targets Rich; Each Person's Emissions

Since the average Wal-Mart Greeter and every 'Burger Flipper' lives better than 80% of the people on Earth.........

Who do you suppose these "rich" are?

I use and talk about, but don't sell Amsoil.

I'm unconvinced that congress is doing anything productive on the global warming front at this point.

Comparing our burger flippers to the other 80% of the world however is like telling an amputee 'at least you don't have cancer'. I won't attempt to define where to draw the line on what the cutoff is for being "rich", but I'll go out on a limb and suggest that not a single person posting on this site really qualifies as belonging to even the top 1% that owns over 90%of the wealth, much less the top 0.1% that are the real targets when it comes to issues of taxation.

I think, therefore I doubt.
