There was at least one year of VX that had "VTEC-E" stamped into/cast in the valve cover.

I believe that the 5 wire oxygen sensor is unique too (vs normal 4 wire).

Drat. I was hoping there was something visible as I walk by. I wouldn't want to have to count wires on the O2 sensor in every Civic of that generation.

Hey, come to think of it, I should try to grab a wideband from any wideband-equipped vehicle (like my 2008 VW) just to use for tuning.
