In 27 hours I leave

So don't try and buy anything from me. If you need something of me reach me at benjamin.f.t.jones@dartmouth.edu and I might possibly be able to check it at the library "in town" mehbe once or two while I'm gone, but I sure as heck won't be attacking my way through all the threads on here until I get back.

Anyway, look forward to the 20th when one of my auto tanks disappears and I pop up to 45.4 MPG and possibly a spot on the top 10.

Also, on the 27th I'll be back with prolly lots of pictures of cats, barns, fords, and progress I have made in tending my neglected great-grandfather's farm.

EDIT: Good luck to frank with the z1 and anyone else who might be working on something kewl, such as darin with the EV and also with breaking the 110 us mpg barrier with the new tranny.

I guess it's holiday, I've gone every year since I've been 6 weeks old.

Anyway, there are several miles of fences with trees grown up in them, not to mention the barns on his place are grown up with trees to chop. I've done about half of that, but I'll finish up this year. I use an axe so it's not like it goes too quickly.

Have fun and don't get into any trouble. And don't rebuild any tractor engines while you are there. You need to relax before starting the school year.

Do you use a double sided axe?

I used to and then the head started to slip off so I bought a new one that's only one sided, which I don't like as much for swinging but:

1. I can smack the back with a sledge
2. I once got my leg with the back of the double,

Yeah, doubles definitely seem less safe, they just look so cool, especially when wielded during battle....while mounted on a liger.

I used to go on summer holiday as a kid to help my grandpa bring in the hay at his farm. But he also had a pool, so it wasn't too bad!

Plus it's where I learned to drive, and where I started messing around with building stuff in his work shop - like crazy bikes (though I used to have to put in a request if I needed welding).

Have fun!
