while the ad is clearly a huge joke, there is some truith to having bad grounds
in short: you can never have enough, the factory grounds are usually good enough but they can and do get dirty and corroded under them. i take a metal brush in a drill and take off each ground wire i can find and give it a spin(both part its bolted to and the cable itself where it contacts) so its clean shiney metal.
the s-10 didnt see any difference, the chevette seemed to run a tad smoother (it was repainted and noone bothered to clean the paint away from the firewall and radiator support of paint, it was just grounding along the bolt threads)
it cant hurt anything so you might as well especially older vehicles.
