I know the law in Illinois is: if you're in the passing lane longer than 1 mile to pass, you are eligible for a ticket. Signs are posted, "Slower Traffic Keep Right". Pass and get it over with...
So, by not breaking the law(speeding), you are breaking the law(obstucting traffic)? Sounds like a no win type of thing. :-( Unfortunately you're probably right about someone getting hurt. The people in the video were taking too big of a chance.
Horsepower is how hard you hit the wall, torque is how much of the wall you take with you.
I'm pretty sure the kids that did this were from either Georgia Tech [my school] or Georgia State University [across the street]. They drove around I-285 - a perimeter highway. I plan on using I-285 as my testing bed for mileage...it's a 63 mile oval, haha.
