I lost by $25. I wasn't paying attention the last few minutes and it got away from me.

Eh, the other guy could have bet $1500, so as far as you know you lost by $500.

There will be another one.

Actually, there is another one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWA:IT&ih=020

This one is 2 years newer and has half the miles on it. It is in Paramus, NJ. and has 3 days 16 hours left.

If you just type in "metro" under eBay motors and go through the listings slowly there are a few nice Swift-clones (weren't this many the other day...maybe I was too specific?).

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Suzuk...QQcmdZViewItem

Nice '95 Swift. Says it's a 1.3L, but the engine layout is exactly like the 1.0L... However it does look like there are four plug wires...

He meant bid, I'm sure. But you can bid any amount and ebay will only bid as much as you need to win, not the full amount (for those who don't know).

Update-Part 2

I have bad news and good news. First the bad news. I was out bid within the last 30 seconds by $50. The good news is that apparently the buyer has backed out and I still get to buy the car for $4,000. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...fromZR40QQfviZ1
It is a 2002 Intrepid SE with 72,000. I'll go pick it up at about 10:00am. I think that with driving style and mods I can approach the same mileage as my Saturn's past 90 day mileage. It would be pretty cool to be able to say that I can get 40+ mpg out of an Intrepid WITH a V6 AND an automatic.
Edit: The best thing is that I only have to drive 15 minutes to go pick it up.

I don't know. If it were me I would of bought a used engine for the saturn ($500-1000) and had it installed by a shop ($400-500). Why get something with a v6 and an automatic???
