I'm feeling alot better today than I was yesterday. I think that everything is healing on its own.
Ultimately it has to heal on its own but you have to be sure that nothing is going to cause a critical life threatening problem like a broken bone next to an artery. Just make sure you keep moving everything through the full range of motion very carefully or else you end up with some limited motion like I did. Gentle streatching several times a day without over doing it.
