dont do any oils or anything like that. its dehydrated skin, oil doesnt help at all.

aloe is the best, second to that is a black tea cold compress:

1.brew black tea.
2.ice it.
3.when cooler than 60degrees put on burn.

its got something to do with the antioxidents.

for the pain, as earlier prescribed: ibuprofen.

Pain's all gone and no pills were taken, mwahaha. Anti-medication ben.
