I'm also from Minnesota. Luckily schools canceled, so my total commute for the day is under a half mile. ( I could walk I suppose, but boots are a horrible monstrosities)

Southern Saskatchewan got a huge hit too yesterday. Traffic was delayed like crazy on city streets and the TC highway was closed @ the Saskatchewan/Manitoba border. 20+ cars in the ditch coming home that night too.

Lotsa snow here in Champlin, MN too! Had to shovel a solid two feet of snow from the driveway on Sunday and will have to shovel another 1.5 ft. If I shovel now. I'm going to wait until Carly goes to sleep, it's too hard to let a 17 month old run around the garage/outside while I'm trying to shovel.

I finely managed to get my vx stuck, it's amazing how hard it is to get a car to move if the tires are not touching the ground, I woke up with what looked like another 6-8 inches of snow on the 12.5" that we got last weekend, I now have a snow shovle, and sleeping bag in the back of the car, along with a few LED flashlights, and a coat.
