Yikes, no title. What a headache that would be to fix. It would probably be easier to buy it, rip the engine/transmission out and scrap the rest. That's too bad, the car looks pretty clean.
if you lived in the area, then find out who they got it from and ask that person to get a new title from the DMV, pay that small fee and maybe something for their time and you have a car.
