1995 Civic Vx in Willliamsburg, Va

I'm new here, but I have a 1995 Vx that needs to go. I use the car as a daily driver for my commute (about 40 miles each way), so it runs but it does have a couple issues:

- no AC
-burns oil
-engine "pulls" when trying to go into lean burn mode
-idle air control valve needs to be cleaned
-I bought the car from my uncle in New Hampshire (original owner) and the road salt wasn't too good to her. NH laws prohibit holes in the body so there is a "band-aid" above both rear wheels where it was starting to eat through.

The car has ~205K miles. I hope someone on here is looking for a project and/or parts car. I really enjoy driving this car but need something more car-seat friendly. Hoping to get $1000 but open to negotiation. I can throw some pictures on here in anyone in the area is interested.
