Why are you only getting 30+ mpg? Even mostly city driving should return upper 30s/lower 40s.

It's not mine, I just saw it on Craigslist LOL. Anyway I have no idea why he/she is only getting 30s LOL. I think it has to do more with the driving plus CA model.

Actually although the "CA" model was not as efficient as the 49 stater those numbers are woeful. And your suspicions are correct, while the VX was built with an eye toward efficiency it was not totally to the detriment of performance. This car will burn gas if you ask it to.
