those are from an early civic hybrid, as the current hybrid civics have 5 lug wheels, so those will fit any older 4 lug honda, and most 4 lug toyota, and any other car that has a 100mm spacing, and it sounds like they were never installed on a car, and new price on them is over $100 each, and much more aerodinamic then vx or hx wheels.

They do have better aero, but from what I've heard from someone who has those on his car, they weigh pretty much.
