Wow theclencher that's way cool. I got $10 from Sludgy for guessing closest to what FE he would get--came today! That's the closest I have ever got to free money (other than my parents support of course).

Got a car insurance solicitation in the mail and it said if they can't beat my current rates they'd send a $20 Shell gas card. So I called 'em up, they failed to beat my rates, and I applied for the card. Couple days later I get another solicitation from the same place. Called 'em, they tried again, they failed again. So I did receive two $20 gas cards which between the two was enough to get me a tank of E85!
Hmmphh, what on earth are you running E-85 in?

I was wondering about this myself. It seemed like as long as the engine didn't allow too much air in, then it could run okay on E85. If you wanted to do this regularly, maybe you could put a restrictor plate on the intake somewhere so that you would not ever exceed the engine's ability to cope, and also avoid lean conditions that might cook something...

The only problems I had with running E-85 on the Lincoln was the fuel pump getting worn out, and MASSIVE static electricy shocks everytime i would get in or out of the vehicle.
