Selling 92 VX 230000 miles St Louis MO

I am selling my 92 VX. Here is some info about it. Not sure what it is worth. Was going to put it on E-Bay but wanted to see what it is worrh on here or if any one wants to make me an offer. I live in IL right outside ST Louis MO

I bought the car March 05. It has the original rims on it and it has not been modified like many others. It had 175000 miles when I bought it. The only change I made to it was welded a 2 in receiver hitch under the rear end. I used that for a Bike rack and basket to carry cargo.

Good:

? Oct 05 New upper control arms
? June 06 New distributor
? Jan 07 Replaced bad O2 sensor
? June 07 Replaced Transmission with salvaged 94
? Mar 08 New tires
? Gets 45 MPG (Your mileage may vary based on driving style. I drive very conservatively)
? Runs great burns no oil
? No fluid leaks.
? Sunroof does not leak.
? Spare Ball Joints and Tie Rod ends
? Brakes are good all the way around. Have been replace but not sure when I did it.

Bad:

? Cracked windshield. Has been that way since I bought it. It runs down from the roof to the mirror then goes left and right across the window almost all the way across. I indicated the crack in black on the picture below.
? Starting to rust around rear wheel wells.
? 230000 miles.
? AC does not work. Stopped last summer. Has a leak someplace.
? Rear window will not prop open. Needs new struts. One of the struts has also fallen off the window.
? Seems to be a lot of road noise coming from the rear. I think it may need bushing or something. Does not affect drivability.
? Shift light comes on when in 5th gear like it wants you to shift to 6th gear. This started when I replaced the Transmission.
? Passenger side mirror does not adjust with inside lever.
? The driver?s seat had a hole in it. I patched it with a piece of gray leather. See pictures.

Any idea what to ask for this?

At first I was hoping for $1K but after reading some of the others that have sold I was not sure if that was enough.

Any opinions are welcome?

if you are not in a rush, you should wait till gas goes up again. the condition on it isnt too great, such as rust and the mileage. you can probably get 1,500 for it now after the buyer lowballs you.

Any chance that the replacement transmission has a 4.250 (paired with the D16Z6) or 4.058 (D15B7) final drive instead of the VX-stock 3.250 (also used with the CX's D15B8)? 45 MPG sounds low for a conservatively driven VX, and, if it's true that the ECU determines what gear it is in from a ratio of the VSS and Tach sensor signals, then a shorter geared transmission would have the engine RPMs higher at any given speed and could lead a VX ECU to wrongly believe that it is in a lower gear.
