Doesn't look to bad, in terms of real damage. It seems like a fairly stiff price, for a Salvage title, but if someone were just going to keep it, maybe it'd be worth it.
I would be surprised it their is any really tweaked framework. It looks more like a rear hatch and straighten out the bumper mounts, or open the hatch up, use a body hammer, some Bondo and paint.
