I've had lots of bikes. I think the smallest one was 180cc, and I've had 250, 350, 600, 650, and 1,000, in arrangements from 1, 2, and 4 cyl. For a small bike, the most comfy was the Rebel 250, but I had it in Hawai'i, so I couldn't go far! The most comfy bike I had was a 600 Katana. I had a tank bag, and would lie on it. I could have fallen asleep. I rode from PHX to Vegas, and California many times. The only thing I'd recommend is a throttle lock (cruise control). I still have a kink in my back from holding the throttle for hundereds of hours.

Hi Caprice,
Good luck with your new bike. I've long been a fan of the
EX250, great bike with a long, proud history. Here in the States it's something of an oddity, most wanting bigger, badder, faster, more. There's a great site reporting father/son adventures on a Kawi 250. Not only good reading but also great maintenance tips, advice on modifications and mileage logs. http://www.theyeagergroup.com/kawasaki_ninja_250.htm
Ride responsibly, it's not only your reputation but that of all on two wheels.

Ride safe, best wishes,
Patrick
