fuel injector signal as PWM

The idea behind this is that HHO's purpose is to cause a little more explosion to ignite fuel droplets that otherwise would not burn until your cat.
With this in mind, HHO should be proportional to fuel used. So if your pules width and frequensy is the same as your fuel injectors it would be compleatly proportional.
So this brings up the question of what ratio is ideal, a question with endless speculation.
