I read that also ,if that is op is asking about , don't really understand the need to do the command line yet myself . In my eyes ,if I needed to change the parameters I'd go with a laptop/handheld type programmer .

Scan Tool

* Reads Trouble Codes
* Reads conditions that set the Trouble Code
* Clears Trouble Codes
* Turns off "Check Engine" light
* Make and store up to 10 rewritable special codes to send to the vehicle computer

it is the last line that i am wondering about. and you lean out the fuel if you want?
