I have been having the same problem with my Prius Prime. In the summer I was entirely electric and went over 5000 miles on one tank of gas. (Lets face it with a hybrid the MPG numbers are meaningless but I still want an accurate account of the gas I put in the car)

I have the same problem with Fuelly and Audi A3 Sportback etron NOT accepting entry

MPG still not registering from #14, Aug 7, 2019 (mileage: 2,798.40, gallons: 4.651, price: 3.489, city driving: 80%). According to the Fuelly app, it should be 601.7mpg, but it fails to record this in the desktop application (I also guess that Fuelly is not able to handle PHEVs which are driven by owners who understand how to recharge daily and use the car to the best possible mpg advantage). PLEASE FIX THIS, BECAUSE MY LIFETIME MPG WILL NEVER BE CORRECT UNTIL THIS FUEL UP IS COUNTED PROPERLY.

I just did an update of my mileage for my 2015 Chevy Volt.

Once entered, the charts do not show the fill-up and/or leave the miles per gallon field blank.

Meanwhile the iOS App does show the correct mileage (408 mpg). What gives? The APP shows correct information, but the FUELLY.COM website does not?

How do I bring this to someone's attention? Or am I missing something?

I DELETED AND RE-ENTERED THE DATA TWICE AND SAME RESULT!

Photos attached

Above is screenshot from iOS APP. The figure 408 is CORRECT

However, this is what the FUELLY website shows after I entered my data. SEE THAT FILL-UP 8 HAS BEEN ADDED --- BUT MPG FIELD IS BLANK?

This chart from website isn't updated either with fill-up 8

This chart from website isn't updated either with fill-up 8

So the iOS APP shows the correct information.

But the website shows the entry, but not MPG and other charts are wrong too.

How do I bring this to FUELLY's attention

I know this is an old thread, but are there any plans for this to be resolved? With covid, I've been doing a lot of shorter trips and haven't been to a gas station in about 10 months. I recently added around 7 gallons to my tank, during which I covered around 4,750 miles. Yes, yes. 6xx MPG doesn't equate to the actual energy used by the car, but I'm still trying to track my mileage and fuel consumption.

I am getting this same problem.

I fueled up once in March 2020, and then just again on January 25th 2021, and its not showing my MPG.

That is exactly what happened. My daily commute to take my daughter to daycare and home was doable on battery every single day and I didnt need to fill up until just now.

I took a lot of pride in Fuelly. My last car was a 2008 Fusion and when I sold it I printed off every fuel up and maintenance I kept track of on Fuelly.

Now, for my 2014 Volt, I won't be able to do that because it thinks it is an erroneous entry?

The site does not handle more than 300 mpg. It is not designed for PHEV's.

It's not designed for any bi- or dual-fuel car.
