At this point the Gas Cubby App and Fuelly seem to be completely separate entities. Is that going to change and if so, will all the data I've logged with the Gas Cubby App be synched to the Fuelly site? Is there a timetable for this to happen (if that's the plan)?

You are correct, the two are completely separate at this time but we are hard at work developing an integrated solution. There will be a sync feature which will allow you to move your GasCubby logs into the Fuelly cloud (alternatively if you want to have them on your phone only, that will remain an option). Likewise, Fuelly users will be able to use the native apps for a fast mobile experience, they will even work when offline and sync when you next have a connection.

Yeah, is there any more news regarding this? I hope you keep the service functionality of the GasCubby app. I really like getting reminders to keep my car roadworthy. It would be a shame to lose those.

Is there an update on this? Given that Gas Tracker + app is not available in Canada, I am anxiously waiting for some form of mobile app integration.

The Fuelly team is meeting tomorrow afternoon and I'll report any updates I can later that evening!

As promised, the Fuelly team had a meeting earlier this afternoon.

We're shooting to have a Beta release for the updated GasCubby around the same time iPhone 6 and iOS 8 roll out!

That's right... just around the corner!
