I need to add a service records I forgot to enter. Is this possible? If not please make it possible. Free form entry perhaps. Thank You

Just enter a service record. You will need to change the date to when you actually performed the service and the mileage needs to be in between the previous and next record but other than that, what you're asking to do is nothing special.
