Honda Enthusiasts

Hello everyone.
Introducing myself on here.
Though I have been a Honda enthusiasts for some time, have owned many as they are known to be reliable with good fuel economy, I just picked up a '96 Civic Hx.
So this is my first real designated "fuel sipper" as I have never owned a HF Crx or Vx Civic.
I suppose the closest I've come to that would be at one time owning a '90 Civic hatch, the bare bones standard(STD) w/the 4 speed manual.

Going to use the Hx for a daily commuter, hope to have it for awhile and looking to pull some good MPG's with it.

Re: Honda Enthusiasts

Hi man,
You're not the only Honda enthusiast on this forum!
I drive a European FK1 Civic 5d 2007 (that's a 1.4) and a CBF600SA 2009.
Don't forget to start a gaslog.
Welcome and greets from Belgium.

Thanks.
Mostly into Honda's for their reliability, cost of maintenance and the good fuel economy is a plus too!

Re: Honda Enthusiasts

Welcome. That's a good list of honda cars you have. I definitely like hondas myself. I did have a galant for about 2months until i traded it for an accord. Definitely happier with the accord, IMO.

Re: Honda Enthusiasts

I'm also a Honda enthusiast. Current rides are:
2005 Civic Si (67,000 miles)
2010 Fit Sport (10,000 miles)

Previous Hondas are:
1988 Accord LX (sold at 277,000 miles)
1995 del Sol S (sold at 87,000 miles to my uncle; it currently has somewhere over 200,000)
1999 Civic Si (sold at 132,000 miles to my brother; it currently has somewhere around 175,000)
1995 Civic VX (sold at 232,000 miles to the same uncle as the del Sol; it currently has somwhere around 240,000).

The old ones drove as well as the new ones.

Lots of luck with your HX

Meanwhile we bought a second Civic...the orange one for my wife. 100% copy of mine (KF1, but hers is a 2008 MY).
So that makes 2 identical Civics and the the CBF600S.
