I do 1600 mile during weekend to go at Normalk Ohio, and with an average speen of 80 MPH, I do an average of 47 mpg.
12 hour ride at 80 mpg, I did'nt want to do a record to do the distance in 18 hour to save couple of buck! 
I will came back in economical mode on next tank!

You guys are buying the 79.xx O2 sensor with no issues from global automotive? They have a bunch for sale on ebay. I'm wondering if I should buy one?
Is it an NTK unit? I'll pull the trigger today if you guys tell me this works for our VXs... I found a genuine L1H1 sensor for 139.00 so that's my backup plan.

I buy the 79$ one and it is a NTK and exactly same as my oem one.

You're getting 47mpg at 80mph!? Wow. And this is with the new $79 o2 sensor?
Gary, I haven't installed it yet. Might do it this weekend.

Installing it should be a breeze, esp if you have an O2 sensor socket or some box wrenches.

Are there anyways I could screw up the job? If I do it myself and screw it up my mechanic will never talk to me again. Also, what size socket do I need?

The difference is incredible! No more hesitation, smooth idle. Alain, now that it has been some time since you installed the o2 sensor, is everything you said here still true?
Also, what kind of mileage are you getting at normal speeds? (not 80mph!)
