Thumbs up 44 mpg for honda civic lx 2013

Does anybody seen this high mileage for honda civic lx 2013? I consistently get this on highways. The observed mpg is 5 more than posted by the manufacturer. Just got curious to know if somebody else observed in their honda civics.

Don't forget if you're going of the cars computer reading, they are notoriously in-accurate by some margin.

Over a tankful (how I use it), my dashboard mpg display is usually within 1%, and never worse than 2% of my calculated mpg.

Accuracy varies from car to car. Mine over reads consistently by 3.5-4 MPG, which is around 10%. Same was true with my Clio. My Honda insight had the most accurate mpg display, probably like yours, within a percentage or two.

With warm weather recently, I found a better priced western Washington station for non-ethanol (E0) gasoline that reduced the price gap between E10 & E0. On my pleasure trips (designed for high MPG), E0 just gave 41.9MPG for my Hyundai Elantra(bad-mouthed by leadfooters) & 47.3MPG for my 2008 Hyundai Accent(all with multiple cool downs).
