Accuracy MPG Meter and Distance To Empty Calculation 2017 Hyundai Ioniq

Just took delivery of a new 2017 Hyundai Ioniq SEL trim. Does anyone have any data on accuracy of the MPG calculations done via vehicle's systems and accuracy of the Distance To Empty (DTE) calculations performed by the vehicle's systems?

In my 2008 manual 5spd. Hyundai Accent, 2013 automatic 6spd. Elantra, & 2016 manual 6spd. Elantra, computer MPG data has always been more accurate to calculated "miles driven/gallons used", while using 100% ethanol-free gasoline. 10% ethanol blend is NOT what the engine computer is calibrated to measure, but 100% gasoline is the calibration standard.

The DTE for my 2017 Escape was way off till I let the tank get low enough the low fuel light came on (the car didn't know it was low til warning light came on ?) ((or said differently the system needs to calibrate itself, IMO))
