I'm sure it could be arranged, though I think a better idea would be miles per charge/miles per battery capacity per weight per some statistic like that.

A gallon of gas has 33.8 kWh of energy. My electric is projected to use 0.13 kWh/mile at 65 mph. Who here could compete with that?
