So far some junk I found laying around the shop. Those pieces are parts to a bottom garage door seal. The rest will be patio screen door frames.

Excellent! Looks like it's going to work great. I like being a "cheapskate".

I sourced my parts for my grill block from an alleyway and some election signs that had blown over in the wind. Some of the stuff I did have to buy like the caulk (which necessitated a caulk gun) and the Zip-Ties.

Right on - I love the reused stuff.

You should consider integrating front tire spoilers now that you have a platform. EG Honda Insight:

Your parents are going to be so pist when they come home and find their patio doors gone.

if they complian and are old you can say ?Dad ,, you never had screen doors at this house , it was the old place ,,remember......?

That way you can get free building materials and screw with they brains at the same time.

MAN I am definately going to get under mine this winter when I get into the garage and so some belly pan work. Mostly in the rear where the rear lowers are hanging and the fenders are wide open to all sorts of weird air flow. I may even do a hidden front grill block that can be remotely opened and closed by cable. One problem I found out about last winter is that as you make the gas mileage go up the amount of heat available for the cabin goes down.
