skipped most of the thread but on the highway I can get 35 mpg in my moms buick century (3.1l) and 33-34 in her lesabre (3.8l) with 2 passengers and a weeks worth of baggage. that's doing 65 w/ cruise and no headwind tho. around town is another story tho: the lesabre starts out about 3800 lbs. my mom gets 16-17 I think. I don't drive either enough around town to know.
