No, the reliefs are in different places. The 4 valve piston is flat where the 2 valves would hit it. There is no relief there. Plus the 2 valve head may have a higher valve lift then the 4 valve head.

Well I guess I better turn the dx motor into a d15b1 hatchback motor by changing the cam and putting a restrictor plate. The part number is the same for the throttle body for both so I guess the fuel injection from the HF motor would work?
