39,53mpg in the Echo. 2000 model saddled with a/t, about 50% highway which is abnormal. Had aired up tyres to 40psi.

Also have had the last two tanks in the Harley above 48mpg on my commute (not reflected in the logs here). My commute is much more favourable now than it used to be, so that accounts for a lot of it.

I got a 104 mpg tankfill in my Ninja 250 project motrcycle recently.
I have pushed my Yamaha 550 Vision up to 66.8 mpg .
2000 Jaguar S Type best has remained at 36 mpg.

all the best , Low&Slow

Noob here.

I got 35 MPG on my 2000 Ford Escort ZX2. Majority was highway driving in NC with speed limit of 70 MPH. I am about to make a seperate post about this because I was a bit baffled.........

Re: GS members with "personal bests" on their latest fill-ups. Woo hoo!

i just got my best tank average of 48.5 in my 2012 jetta tdi 6m.
if you look at my fuelly.com chart, I have a seriously good trend going as I think I have broken in the engine. I have been driving it hard on all accelerations for the first 6500miles to help break it in and seat the rings etc. I cruise in lowest gear possible for economy.

the trend will flatten out, but for now, it has a very good look to it.

Last tank was all city driving. Best all-city tank ever. Went 602 miles on 11.984 gallons. Got 50.2 miles per gallon!!!!!! That's a PR for no highway miles!!!

Best tank average of 41.33 mpg this tank. Last 3 tanks were about 39.5, 39.0 and 41.33. Haven't entered them yet. I've probably got 50 tanks to enter.

I'll have to back it up on the next tank but I'm pretty confident in the number. You can just tell when you're ahead. It was almost all interstate @ 60-65 mph.

Another record!!!! This is absolutely the farthest I have driven and the best mpg this car has ever gotten in the 12 months I've owned it. My car is performing better and better the more I drive it. It makes me think that it sat for so long but was in good shape that it just needed to be driven some to get back up to what it's capable of.

I must say, Chris (Hondaguy) did an excellent job with restoration of this VX. I have had zero problems and I'm getting incredible mpg's. This latest tank blew me and Chris away both when I told him the numbers. I'm one very happy VX owner!!!!!!

Total Miles Driven: 662.6
Total Gallons Used: 12.029
Miles Per Gallon: 55.08

Re: GS members with "personal bests" on their latest fill-ups. Woo hoo!

The Mazda and I had a good tank last week.

Traveled 880 km, used 49.99 litres, for an average of 5.68 l/100 km (41.39 mpg).
That's our first time above 41 mpg and only the third time above 40 mpg

I can hardly wait for the next fill to see how we go.

40.2 for a full tank, average speed of 23.1 mph due to majority of driving being downtown. Achieved PR for a single trip, 71.2 mpg according to the dash when I filled up then drove to work. Driving 50 mph @1500 in 6th gear.
