I just got hella LEDs, where to start

This I'll start with <a href=http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1486878 target=_blank>this</a> but where to go from there? Also, where should I get some perf board to model this stuff up on, and how many 10000mcd super brights should I use for a dome light?

i'd like to see LED headlights. "LED overcoms common halogen"

I don't want it to be too bright. It's not even working now because I'm too lazy to replace the fuse.
