That's by Dan Grey of MPG-o-matic. He does some of my favourite reviews of cars.

Sadly it doesn't look like he is going to meet his target.

His rewards are laughable. If they were something people would really want (put your car on the lift for an inspection!?), he might get more people to bite.

I think he has a great project, but he needs a bigger carrot on the end of that stick to get me to bite.

There's these sites called ecomodder, google and youtube. that's all people need to find proven methods/products/mods to increase MPG.
