On one of my sites I check often its saying that gasoline average price in our nation is $3.40 a gallon?
In my area it has drop to $2.88 a gallon.
Are you guys seeing a price increase??? The news keeps saying gasoline has gone up nation wise? I just don't see it here? If anything its low in my area.
$3.23 right next to my house. Has been for about a week. Before that, it was $3.15 for a couple of weeks. Over $3. for some time now.
We usually run close to national average where I live. Stations along the interstate are as high as $3.40 right now.
Don't forget that the average includes places like Hawaii(current highest $4.08) and Alaska (current high $4.08). I'm sure there's some other states that run above the average all the time.
This time of year the winter before gas was $4.50, national average was lower than it is now. Most experts are saying we'll see $4.50 or more again this summer.
in ma by me its 3.11. in ct by me its 3.38. I think cali and a few other states really jack up the national average. The cheapest i can possibly get easily is around 3.05.
My first thought were with all the snow back east the people were driving less? Therefore they drop the gasoline prices at the pump? But now after reading this maybe not?
I wonder with all the turmoil in Egypt if fuel prices will climb?
