Arrow Need Some Advice - Quick

Need a little advice...

As one of my previous post points out, I was looking for a 92 to 95 hatchback for FE. I have come across a 98 HX coupe in the process and am starting to get interested. The brief details are:

5 speed MT
162k miles
Reported to not leak or use any oil between changes
Recent plugs, wires, PCV, and fuel filter
From all the pictures appears to be all stock (exhaust, engine, trans, etc.)

Starting price at $4200

My question is this a good deal? What am I looking at in the near future?
Should I worry about O2 sensor replacement?

Any advice is greatly appreciated ...

4200 sounds like the average price. Personally because the hx goes for more than a dx or an lx I would personally find one of those and swap in the hx parts. don't worry about o2 sensor because if you buy the hatch you would be in the same boat.
