new fuel saving game!

so im playing this fun game with myself to see how few miles per day I can drive per day, I'm at my fourth day and I've only gone 17 miles about 1/24 of a tank, so thats about a month and a half I could go on this tank. I havent been working for two months and I'm on an extENDED STAYCATION!.. and since december 15th I can only remember 3 full tanks or less of gas, I'll let you know how many miles per day I end my streak at. Thankfully I'm close to everything.

I'm also sneaking in a ton of p and g

Don't worry I didn't loose my joby.

Where I worked a couple of years ago I lived only 10 blocks away. Food was at the half way point. A tank of fuel in the econo box would last a month or more.

When I have a staycation and I try not to spend money/gas by going anywhere, the wife insists on going out somewhere.

They do that. Since you are home, you are, of course, available to take them out and about, and to do stuff (other than veg and watch football).

That's a cool idea.

I'm going to try to utilize my car more this spring when I do sales calls instead of my full size 2001 GMC 4wd gas hog. I have a fairly big trunk in my Del Sol to put stock orders in. I started doing this last year and it was a good way to check my mileage.

Plus my company pays for the fuel.
