Now,more than ever. Help in Michigan!!!

Hey Folks,
My name is Steve Kelso. I am the Assignment Manager for WOOD TV 8 in Grand Rapids Michigan. I am again coming to this forum to help me find someone (or a group of someones) in the Grand Rapids area that is hypermiling for the purpose of doing a TV News story. This person ( or persons) would have to be willing to be interviewed on TV and take us for a ride in your ride. We want to help our viewers get the most bang for the buck and I know from studying some of your techniques I am able to get nearly 25mpg in the city out of my F 150!!!.
Please help me help my viewers in West Michigan.

Please contact me.

Steve Kelso
Assignment Manager

Grand Rapids Michigan.

I wish I was in MI... I could show you my Hybrid Jeep. I disconnected the alternator and engine fan in favor of using a high capacity battery and electric fan to increase gas mileage.

Good luck and keep air in those tires!

from what i've seen even 2wd 6cyl models are rated around 14-16 city and 18-20 highway. 25 city seems rather impressive, at least to me.

sounds like you could write the story yourself, i think most people would be happy to get such mileage from a truck.

perhaps you could share whats been working for you. (on air and with us)
