What if you took a catalytic converter. Injected fuel in it. Run exhaust back thru it. Then plum it back to the intake manifold. Control exhaust back pressure. The converter will atomize the fuel just from shear surface area in it. BEEN there done that. Don't try this at home. There's other things I left out. Your better of having platinum coated combustion camber.
The MPG research site been hacked into. To much good info came lead to trouble. I like this site. Don't what to see it hacked into.

The Dyer Cycle engine reclaims heat energy through water in a six-stroke based engine - the problem is the additional weight of carrying all that water. The guy developing this engine is the owner of Crower Cams.

[QUOTE=JanGeo;88465]Actually some company just developed a gas turbine electric power system that raised the efficiency to over 60 % don't remember the exact numbers but they recirculated the hot gasses withing the turbine and end up venting only 300 degree exhaust and when used to provide heating raised the total efficiency to over 90%.
I don't think this is the one your referring too.
http://pesn.com/2005/04/25/6900086_J...ortex_Turbine/ This set up needs a platinum coated turbine. Enhanced inlet/out vortex generation. A thermocouple outer shell wasted heat to electricity for HHO generator. A condensator to feed the HHO generator.(they had those on some WW2 planes you know....minus the HHO.) It all can be done without bulky heat exchangers. The exhaust temps would be like a high eff furnace 70 to 100F.
