McPatrick,

Did you ever have anyone ride in the rear seats?

I'm wondering how well regular sized people fit in the rear seats on CRXs.

Well, the European version does have seats in the back with hip belts, but an adult would not be able to sit there. Kids till a certain age I'd say. Can't say I ever tried sitting there myself. It's not just the height that will not be enough for an adult but the leg room (or more like the lack thereof) as well...

I don't think I'd want to be in the back of a CRX (or a small car like a Metro) if it ever got rear ended by an SUV. The thought of the back window and seatback as the only "crush zone" seems like certain death.

Yah, CRXs in general aren't really all that safe.

I have seen some horrible pictures of wrecked ones on Honda-Tech.
