miles long? I thought my hills were bad for my FE, and they only take about a minute to get over (hit it at about 60-55 if theres a hill before it, end at 45-40ish...

My civic can read the cutoff - the MPG jumps to 9999, so its weird that yours doesn't. Mine did this out of the box, and I was suprised and thought it was glitching or somethin

The Scanguage recognizes fuel cutoff in my 1997 Civic HX. The fuel use goes to 0.0 and MPG to 9999. I don't see why it shouldn't for yours as well. Do you have it set for the right engine size?
