If anyone needs another team member to avoid a penalty, let me know. I don't think my results will be good, but wthey will be better than taking a penalty... When the weather cools off some, I expect some improvement.

Bill in Houston has agreed to join our team in replace of lxmike who will be leaving us.

Thanks for keeping our average up there lxmike! Was great having you on our team.

I was able to borrow someone's timing light and moved my timing from 0-1 degrees at idle up to about 4 advance. Not sure if that is going to help or hinder me but that is what my engine is supposed to be running at.

I think I will try pumping my tires up another 5 psi this next tank. That is the only thing I can think that I did when I got a 30MPG tank. I still haven't been able to regain that ground after hitting it once.

I always want to do one thing at a time to my car so that I can see the difference scientifically but I think it is moving much too slow and I am losing too much money in gas to do that!

Yeah, I guess. Unfortunately I just posted the two best tanks in my life. :-) Improvement will be tough. I just didn't want for a team to have a penalty due to being short of members...

Is "slow burn" still short one member? If we are, we'll take you Bill!

Thanks Dax! I am on Fourthbean's team, whichever one that is. :-) I guess I need to figure out which team that is. Ah, it is "The Right Lane Rollers". Woo hoo!
