Considering its age and mileage I think you've been doing quite well with your truck. I wish I could get my average mileage up as high as yours, but considering the fastest mine gets to go most days is 45 MPH, It goes on the highway maybe once every week or two.

Average MPG for yesterday was 47.5 mpg 61.3 miles several stops and cold starts. Synlube is not made from any Dino oils and is a 5W50 lube good for over 500F temps.
