want more mpg out of my 94 cx!

well with my last fill up i am getting right at 40 mpg with mostly city driving and some high way. and i do coast down every hill i can. my car is a 94 civic cx it does have a 16 valve engine insted of the stock 8 valve. but i did keep the factory intake and ehaust manafold and the stock cx transmission. and i do have vx wheels with 50psi in the tires. i am trying to track down a vx swap but what are some things i could do to help my mpg?i dont really want to do anything i cant keep when i get a vx swap. but i was considering a light weight flywheel any one had any good mpg increase with one? any help would be appriceated!

Reverse your intake snorkel to pull warm air from the area around the top radiator hose. You will have to trim the mouth of the snorkel slightly so it doesn't contact the hose and wear a hole in it.

Maximize your DFCO.
