I was under the impression that A/F ratio, as displayed using the XGauge code I used, is reported directly by the computer (hence why a manufacturer-specific code is required).

I posted this question on a couple of other forums and have come up with the following answer. I haven't had a chance to program it into my SG II yet so I'm not sure whether it works or not. I appreciate everyones input and if you come up with anything else please post it.

TDX: 616AF10114
RXF: 044145140000
RXD: 2808
MTH: FFFD00020640
NAME: A/F

Hopefully this will help other out as well as me.

Ford Man, is that the GM code, or is it a Ford code?

Nope, it's OBDII standard. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Table_of_OBD-II_Codes

For my 2008 Elantra the lambda equivalence ratio is:

TXD:07E00124
RXF:044145240000
RXD:2810
MTH:006480120000

Under 1 is rich, over 1 is lean.

Or the following to display it as the AFR.
MTH:05BE80120000

After re reading the link that I had posted in my last post I still understand it to be for Ford. The original person has posted since then and given a different configuration for the math that is supposed to eliminate some of the abnormal readings that he had mentioned in the previous post. You probably should read the post yourself. I've been busy for the past couple of days and still haven't had the chance to program it into the SGII.

I've looked at the Xgauge PDF, I think I'm going to try the AFR code in my truck. I'd be curious to see if it reads zero in DFCO, as the SG doesn't properly detect DFCO in my truck.
