it would be rather simple to pick up another radiator fan thermostat, splice it in to the radiator hose, or some radiators could have another bung brazed in, or jb welded in, then useing a radio controled car servo to controle a sliding, or rotating type door, it seems like a system like this would be automatic, and cheap.
