I'm running ECM LINK management. So when its in boost it runs off a boost table that I can control the A/F ratio and timing. On gasoline at 8psi I'm running 11.8 A/F. On E85 at 8psi I'm running 12.8 A/F.

What kind of DSM do you have?

On my last Talon a 93 AWD Tsi I got a personal best of 35mpg. So I should be able to do it again.

So if an unmodded Talon got 35, a modded one getting 35 is a gain of 0%.

The first one was modded too. It had "DSMAP Engine Management" and my
1st gen lean burn chamber. It was also a 5 speed manual transmission.

The Talon I have now is a auto so it will somewhat harder to get better gas mileage. But I will have control over the TCU so I will be able to control shift points and line pressure.

The 75% increase is over stock.

Hey! I also use DSMap! Well actually I use a modified version of DSMap.
Actually I've hacked up the code so much it hardly resembles DSMap at all!
OK so I use Native Speed/Density.

No, both of my DSM's are manual. I read through the posts on the DSM-ECU list when they were disassembling the TCU and it's pretty cool! I thought it would be nice to alter the shift points so you could use up to 75% throttle and have it shift at 1500rpm, but when you go WOT it shifts at redline. I'm sure the transition would be unpredictable and feel weird, but it would be nice for FE. You're in an enviable position!
