activation mail never came.
 
just signed up. I didn't see an activation in entire mailbox, including 'spam' etc.

Any way to request a resend?

Happened to me the first time I signed up. After sending 2 emails about it I gave up and signed up with the same email address but a different user name and all is fine now.

Sorry you had trouble initially!

I only show one account tied to your email address (which is the norm, only 1 email can be registered per username), so that tells me that likely registration wasn't completed the first time.

I also was unable to find any messages at our Help Desk from your current address. I'd like to ensure we're receiving all messages being sent to us, so if you wouldn't mind sending me a PM/Fuelly Mail with the email address you used? Or if you could copy/paste the messages you previously sent, so I can double check that they were received or not. I'd really appreciate it!

I never received an activation email for fuelly, i tried to contact support off the web page and its asking for a recaptcha that does not exist on the page.

I just emailed you from our help desk. I resent the verification link.
Double check your spam box as sometimes they get caught there.

Well i found the area in the control panel for email but it wont except my password for changing the email. Was wrong of course. Made the same mistake twice. Haha. I can log in and out no problem but my password wont work for changing the email. Now i am stuck...

Sorry to put so many posts, but since the issue was email I tried to change the email address to another email address and I get The password you have entered does not match your current one. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!" Obviously the password is correct if I can log in and post here so not sure whats going on there. I'd like to change the email address and hopefully finally get things going.

Can you send me another email to support@fuelly.com and I'll look into your account again. See if maybe there was a typo, or we can change the address, etc.

I got an email about this post to my email address so it is definitely working, but still no activation email. I sent an email also to support. Thanks again for your help:)
