Date- Saturday November 22, 2008
Time- 10am till...
Fee- $0 (but you will need to purchase your own food at the 'Campfire Grille')
Rain/Snow/Sleet/Hail or Shine

We will have the parking lot to the right of the entrance roped off. Hopefully we will have good weather and can hang out there. We also have a room reserved to meet & greet & eat in. Feel free to bring the whole family.

I really enjoy raffles and am encouraging everyone to bring at least one item to give away in the RAFFLE. It can be car related, but is not required (all type of car owners will be present too).

Please try to bring along pics of your car and previous cars. This will make for some nice conversation in the dining room (especially if the weather is bad and we are mostly inside).

Also bring along a written description of your CURRENT car and any work done to it or modifications. We will have a 'popular vote' and a CABELA'S GIFT CARD will go to the winner.

This is an open invite meet to ALL types of vehicles and owners. Feel free to post this on other sites.

We have a tentative early afternoon drive to Centralia to check out the mine fire and get pics.

We could plan on leaving around 1pm or so and caravan up there for some exploring and pics (about 1 hour away). Then people could leave to go home from there or go back to Cabela's. Depends on the weather too.

Wow sounds like a great time, I'm gonna check my schedule and see if I can make it!

I'll pencil it in on the calendar. I can't promise to be there yet, but I would like to, and knowing this far in advance makes it more likely that I can be.

Anyone else thinking about attending this? I've marked off the day and would like to go, but it would be nice to know that I wouldn't be alone there...

I'd like to go, but it is over four hours drive away from me. There is a small chance I will be at a SciFi con in Philly that weekend, but that is still 1.5hrs from this event and I'd be unlikely to skip out on the con to go to this.

Sorry, sounds very cool though.

I will be there :) Plus we have another half dozen attending (so far) from other sites. Still a couple weeks out. I think a good few are quite sure so they haven't committed yet (like you).

This Sat!!! :) Please post in this thread or PM me if planning to attend. Currently expecting about 10-12 cars attending with almost 20 people.

Attendees...please don't forget your raffle 'donation'. Some of the more notable donations include a set of wheels 4x100, an EFIE, & Service manuals. But yours could be as simple as a Nerf football. Just bring something along car related or not. Raffle tickets will be $2 each or 3 for $5. Proceeds will be used to purchase a Cabela's gift card for the 'poplular vote' vehicle winner and a Cash Raffle Prize. This should be a good time rain, shine, sleet or snow. :)

Oh Wow I was planning a trip to Port Clinton this week when my buddy gets back from Itally - I drive right by there!!
