Those are pictures I got from google images. The Caddy in that picture looks like an early 90s model, which is what I took my driving test in, but to be accurate the one I drove mostly while learning was an '87 Sedan Deville.
I drove all those vehicles while on my learner's permit, which was probably illegal, there was probably a weight limit. I drove the '87 Caddy before I even had the learner's permit, and luckily my parents never found out. ;) |
The smart 451 is available in the USA now and they have just sold the 20 thousandth one. It's rated at 33/41 US MPG under the EPA rules, which are far stricter than the ECE test rules.
My fortwo cdi does "a little" better than that, 3.91 L/100 km over 104,000! Even my M-B B 200 is at 7,33 lifetime. So small cars are becoming more common here. Canada is more like Europe in that respect, we have always bought generally smaller cars here compared to the USA. |
Re: Matiz
I know there's no perspective in that picture, but it looks bigger than the Aveo (maybe not as tall) and definately bigger than my Festiva (but who would ever compare that to a vehicle... ever) |
I agree about the picture and assumed that it's just lack of perspective.
Also, the Ford Fiesta arrives in the next year or two. |
I found a better picture of a Bonneville wagon on Google images. My wagon looked just like this, but mine had two-tone paint instead of the woodgrain siding.

Oh drat, someone's selling one on Craigslist...
https://providence.craigslist.org/cto/907356484.html https://images.craigslist.org/1111281...868efc1fde.jpg It's pretty similar to my first car. It's still got a few miles of life left in it. Want! |
