oil temp gauge
 
If I were to add a partial grille block to my car, would the oil temp gauge that came with the car be sufficient to watch for overheating?

I monitor mine with a simple water temperature guage. You can buy a trio set of gauges water temp, oil pres, and amps at Harbor Freight for under $20.
